Some great laughs and some stories which I can understand a lot more of now that I have my own little one. Some letters better than others, overall cute. Mar 11, Habrewer rated it really liked it. Sorry I Peed on You: The stories were often comical but as you read them, you could see your own child doing exactly the same thing. I shared the stories with my daughter last night as I reading it and a lot of them are things my granddaughter is doing right Sorry I Peed on You: I shared the stories with my daughter last night as I reading it and a lot of them are things my granddaughter is doing right now.
I loved the story about the jungle gym complaining it was tired. Lilly thinks her grandpa is her own personal jungle gym and climbs all over him when he comes home from work every night. The colors on the toilet story scare me because I could so easily imagine her doing exactly the same thing.
I loved the stories; they were short enough that they were cute without dragging on. The pictures of the children in the book also enhanced the stories. There were some great pictures and the photographers deserve credit for them. The shot of the little girl jumping on the couch in mid jump was awesome.

Jan 19, Kate L rated it it was amazing. As the mother of a particularly hilarious and precocious little three year old, I can say that I completely related to this book and found it hilarious! That being said, you don't have to have a toddler to get giggle from this book. If you have ever had any interaction with a toddler, you know how frustrating they can be, and this book helps make light of all those frustrations. I loved the voice the author gave to the children, here is one excerpt I found quite amusing: Personally, I think I look very cute covered in cupcake.

This is a very short collection of letters to parents from their toddlers. It's incredibly funny and the pictures with each letter are priceless and adorable but it's also very short.
My personal favorite is the boy telling his mom he's not eating broccoli anymore, whether she calls it Shrek Ears or not. I'm also fond of Madeleine, who's sorry she got her mom sick. Jan 31, Melissa rated it it was amazing. As a mother of three one being just shy of 5, I can relate to so many funny, cute and even embarrassing toddler stories. This book was a wonderful quick read and had me laughing the whole time. The adorable photos and wittingly written letters were perfect.
Anyone that has had any interaction with babies or toddlers will probably be able to find a familiar story. Definitely one to add to the shelf and pick up when you need a laugh! Dec 14, VegasGal rated it really liked it Shelves: Recommended for everyone, not just parents, since everyone can use a laugh and can probably relate somehow to the cute occurrences mentioned in this book at some point in their lives. I read the first couple letters in this book, and I did not find them funny.

I'm a mom, I enjoy pee and poop jokes and mishaps, and this just wasn't what I thought it would be. I never finished the book, and I don't feel bad about deleting it. I really wouldn't waste your time with this one. Feb 22, Geri Reads rated it really liked it Shelves: Quick and full of humor.
