This book may as well have been a google search in between covers. No recipes and the most straight forward diet advice. May as well have said, hey, just eat healthy. There, now you've read the whole book. This book offers simple diet suggestions, offers a plan which we all know, eat right, omit some foods and you will feel better. This could apply to anyone, it is not bipolar specific. I had to give it a star as it would not let me write a review otherwise!
One person found this helpful. This is a very helpful book. I've made changes to my diet and feel a wonderful difference. What are Heather Rose's credentials?! This is not a "book"! It is a pamphlet with a paperback cover. The four hyper-general steps appear on 2 of the 26 pages. This is a very unspecific pamphlet that spews the same tips from any American middle school health class.
